This musical was conceived at the same time I opened my restaurant in 1979.

Restaurants evolve like people; they are made of dreams, ambitions, goals, and flaws. The key to all human enterprises is inspiration, and it should show up in every aspect of the business. The body of work herein is the story of one restaurant that could apply to many restaurants and businesses driven by the human spirit. 

The nights spent dining with friends at my table in Nantucket, looking out onto the lantern lit cobblestones of India Street, are woven into a tapestry of treasured memories and images of the past thirty-three years.
