This musical was conceived at the same time Don DeMarco opened his restaurant in 1979. He believes that restaurants evolve like people; they are made of dreams, ambitions, goals, and flaws. To Don, the key to all human enterprises is inspiration, and he maintains that it should show up in every aspect of a business.

The body of work herein is the story of one restaurant that could apply to many establishments and businesses driven by the human spirit.
